ShootCal uses the same Google Calendar, clients, session types, booking requests, deposits, reports, and Google Tasks across its apps. Choose the device that fits the work you are doing; you do not need every version.
Web app: the complete studio-management workspace #
Open app.shootcal.com in a modern browser. The web app includes the calendar, agenda, tasks, booking-request inbox, clients, session types, booking-page settings, reports, full contract editor, questionnaire builder, Wave and QuickBooks connections, and account settings. Contracts and questionnaires are created and edited on the web.
Mac, iPhone, and iPad #
The Apple apps are native calendar tools with fast event editing, golden-hour scheduling, clients, booking requests, session types, reports, Google Tasks, and contract-status links. Mac can open the web contract editor in its own app window. iPhone and iPad use the same Google data and add a touch-first month and agenda experience.
Apple Watch and widgets #
The Watch app and complication surface upcoming sessions. Apple home-screen widgets can show the next session, time, location, sunrise and sunset, weather, and tide information when available.
Android and Windows #
The Android app from Google Play is the installable ShootCal web app in a dedicated app window. On Windows, open the web app in Chrome or Edge and choose Install from the browser menu or address bar. Both use the same full browser workspace and Google account.
What stays in sync #
- Calendar events remain in Google Calendar.
- Clients remain in Google Contacts under the ShootCal Clients label.
- Tasks and follow-ups remain in a dedicated ShootCal list in Google Tasks.
- Session types, booking settings, contracts, forms, and app preferences sync through ShootCal services.
- A feature created on one surface can be opened from another, although its editor may live on the web.
