Getting Started with Photo and Video Galleries
ShootCal Galleries gives photographers and videographers one branded place to deliver full-resolution photos and video originals. Photos support favorites, notes, and Lightroom Classic publishing; videos appear separately with gallery playback up to 1080p. Gallery delivery and print ordering are live, and White House Custom Colour (WHCC) produces and drop-ships print-store orders under your brand after you complete the store setup.
1. Create the Galleries studio
Register at galleries.shootcal.com. One ShootCal account now signs you into both the scheduling web app and Galleries. If you already have a Galleries studio under the same verified email, it is linked to your stable ShootCal identity without losing galleries or settings. Galleries keeps its own studio terms and product data. See Connecting Galleries with the ShootCal app.
2. Create a gallery
Create it in Galleries, from a linked client or booking in the web or Mac app, or automatically for each new ShootCal client. New galleries begin unlisted.
3. Add and organize photos and videos
Upload JPEG, PNG, or WebP photographs in the browser, or install the Lightroom Classic publish plugin. On Plus and Pro, use Upload video for MP4, MOV, or WebM files. 4K originals remain available to download while gallery playback adapts up to 1080p. 4. Send the gallery
Use Send & Share to copy the client link and PIN or send a template-based delivery email. Clients can download full-resolution photographs, smaller web copies, or the full-resolution video originals allowed by your gallery settings. See Sharing galleries, downloads, and delivery email.
5. Collect favorites
Clients heart photographs, add per-photo notes and an overall message, and send the selection without creating an account. Copy the resulting filename list back into Lightroom. See Client favorites and proofing.
