Getting Started with Photo and Video Galleries
ShootCal Galleries gives photographers and videographers one branded place to deliver full-resolution photos and video originals. Photos support favorites, notes, and Lightroom Classic publishing; videos appear separately with gallery playback up to 1080p. Gallery delivery and print ordering are live, and White House Custom Colour (WHCC) produces and drop-ships print-store orders under your brand after you complete the store setup.
1. Create your ShootCal account
Sign up once with ShootCal. Enter your photographer and studio names, verify your email, choose the ShootCal URL clients will see, and accept the Galleries terms. ShootCal creates the Free Galleries studio under the same stable account identity. A verified Google or Microsoft sign-in does not require a separate Galleries password or a calendar connection. There is no second Galleries registration. If you already have a Galleries studio, it is linked without losing galleries, settings, its permanent address, or its current plan. Galleries keeps its own studio terms and product data. After signup you manage Galleries inside ShootCal at app.shootcal.com: choose Galleries at the top. 2. Create a gallery
In ShootCal, choose Galleries at the top, then New gallery. The Client field suggests your ShootCal clients and contacts and fills in their email. Galleries are never created automatically, and new galleries begin unlisted.
3. Add and organize photos and videos
Open the gallery and choose Choose photos or videos on the Add photos or videos card, or drop JPEG photos onto it. You can also install the Lightroom Classic publish plugin. On Plus and Pro, the same button takes MP4, MOV, or WebM videos. 4K originals remain available to download while gallery playback adapts up to 1080p. 4. Send the gallery
Open the gallery and use Send & Share to copy the client link and PIN or send a template-based delivery email. When downloads are enabled, clients receive the original JPEG photographs and the full-resolution video originals. See Sharing galleries, downloads, and delivery email.
5. Collect favorites
Clients heart photographs, add per-photo notes and an overall message, and send the selection without creating an account. Their picks appear under Galleries > Favorites in ShootCal, where you can copy the file names back into Lightroom. See Client favorites and proofing.
