Photo & Video Gallery Plans and Storage

These plans apply only to ShootCal Galleries. The ShootCal scheduling and studio-management app is free, and you do not need a Galleries plan to use it. Galleries is optional and billed separately when you choose Plus or Pro. Plans are based on stored media bytes, not a gallery-count limit. Billing is monthly through Stripe with no annual contract.

Current plans

  • Free — $0: 20 GB. Includes unlisted galleries, download PINs, delivery, favorites, proofing, and the studio page.
  • Plus — $12/month: 150 GB, password-protected galleries, and 30 active video minutes.
  • Pro — $25/month: 1,000 GB, 180 active video minutes (3 hours), everything in Plus, and a custom gallery subdomain.

All paid plans have 0% ShootCal print commission. The Free plan’s live print store uses a 15% commission on product price only, not shipping or sales tax. Print ordering becomes available after a studio completes the store setup. Video is included with Plus and Pro; 4K originals remain downloadable and gallery playback adapts up to 1080p.

What counts toward storage

Storage measures the media files kept for your studio, including photo copies and video originals. Video originals share the same storage allowance as photographs. Active video minutes are measured separately across all galleries. A replacement upload removes superseded photo files; deleting a gallery moves it to recoverable Trash before permanent cleanup.

Manage billing

Open Billing to see usage and upgrade. Paid accounts can open Stripe’s billing portal to change plan, update the payment method, download invoices, or cancel. Plan changes can take a few seconds to appear after returning from Stripe.

If you reach the limit

New uploads stop before exceeding the storage or active-video limit; existing galleries remain available. Remove unneeded work or upgrade, then retry. Video storage and active minutes are released after its original and playback copy finish deleting. Do not repeatedly republish a Lightroom collection while a storage warning is active.
