For photographers & videographers
Client photo galleries, from upload to delivery.
Upload your finished photos, send the gallery, and let clients download, choose favorites, or order prints. Start with 20 GB free for photos. Plus and Pro add video, more storage, and your own domain, with monthly billing and no annual contract.

Beautiful mobile friendly galleries
The best looking photo galleries in the industry.
Your studio name or logo appears at the top, with photos that open full screen for swiping and zooming. Videos have their own section and play up to 1080p; clients can download the 4K originals you upload. Choose Public or Link only access, with optional password protection on paid plans.

Online proofing
Clients pick their favorites. You get the list with easy Lightroom copy & paste.
Clients tap the heart on the photos they like, review their favorites, and send the list using their email address. They don't need a ShootCal account. You can use those selections for an album, a print order, or the pictures that need a little extra retouching.

Full-resolution downloads
Send the full-resolution files you finished editing.
Clients can download individual photos or request the whole gallery. Full-gallery download links arrive by email when the files are ready. No client account is required, and downloads keep the resolution of the originals you upload.

Lightroom plugin
Publish straight from Lightroom.
With the Lightroom Classic plugin, a published collection becomes a gallery. Publish it after editing, then republish when you make changes. The plugin uploads the files and keeps your collection order, so you can handle delivery from the place you already edit.
Take a look through the example galleries.
These wedding and family galleries use real photographs in example studios. Open one and try the same viewer your clients will use.
Your side of the gallery
Keep track of the galleries you need to send.
The studio dashboard shows your galleries with their client names, sharing status, and view, download, and order counts. Find a finished gallery that still needs sending, or open a client's gallery to check recent activity.

Review gallery activity
See views, downloads, and print orders alongside the gallery's sharing status. Activity gives you useful context when a client needs help with their photos.
Choose who can find a gallery
Public galleries can appear on your portfolio. Link only galleries are reached through their share link. Add a password on a paid plan when you want an extra access check.
Find and manage several galleries
Search by gallery name or select several galleries to make a change together. Website galleries have their own section, so you can find your portfolio work among client deliveries.
White House Custom Colour
Let clients order prints from their gallery.
Turn on the print store when you want to offer prints and wall art. You set the prices, clients pay through your connected Stripe account, and White House Custom Colour (WHCC) prints and ships the order under your brand.

Check the crop before ordering
Clients choose a product and size, then adjust the crop before adding it to their cart. Canvas guides show which parts wrap around the edges, and the wall preview helps them compare sizes.
Set prices and review orders
Set your retail prices and connect Stripe to receive payments. You have 24 hours by default to review an order, or you can approve it sooner. ShootCal's print commission is 0% on Plus and Pro and 15% on Free; lab, shipping, tax, and payment-processing costs still apply.
Include a print credit
Add a studio-funded print credit to a gallery or create a discount code. Stripe Tax calculates applicable sales tax at checkout from your registration settings. Clients can track an order and receive a shipping email when it leaves the lab.

ShootCal Galleries Q&A
How do I send photos and videos to clients with ShootCal?
Create a gallery, upload your photos and videos, then send the branded delivery email or share the gallery link. Photos and videos appear separately. Plus includes 30 active video minutes and Pro includes 180 minutes (3 hours). Upload 4K originals for clients to download; gallery playback adapts up to 1080p. Each video can be up to 30 minutes and 4.9 GB.
Is ShootCal a free client photo gallery?
Yes. Every ShootCal account includes a Free Galleries studio with 20 GB for photo delivery, full-resolution downloads, online proofing, delivery emails, and Lightroom publishing. Upgrading is optional: Plus is $12/mo with 150 GB and 30 active video minutes, while Pro is $25/mo with 1,000 GB and 180 active video minutes (3 hours). Plus and Pro add password protection, custom domains, and 0% print commission. Both paid plans are month-to-month with no annual contract.
How much does it cost to sell prints?
There is no setup fee. ShootCal charges a 15% commission on the product total on Free and 0% on Plus and Pro. The commission doesn't apply to shipping or sales tax. Lab, shipping, tax, and payment-processing costs still apply.
Do I get paid directly for print sales?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account in the studio admin. Your client’s payment goes directly to your Stripe balance on your normal payout schedule; ShootCal never holds your sales. You set retail pricing and keep the margin, while the lab cost is handled automatically.
Who prints and ships the orders?
White House Custom Colour (WHCC) prints and ships orders under your brand. Products include photo prints, gallery-wrap canvas, metal, acrylic, framed prints, standouts, wood prints, and acrylic blocks. You don't need to hold inventory or pack orders yourself.
Do my clients need an account to view their gallery?
No. Clients open their gallery from the link you send. To favorite photos or place a print order they just enter their email; there is no account to create and no password required (you can add a gallery password on a paid plan if you want one).
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Plus or Pro. Point a CNAME for galleries.yourstudio.com at ShootCal and new gallery links use your own domain.
Can I publish galleries straight from Lightroom?
Yes. Install the ShootCal Galleries plugin for Lightroom Classic and create a published collection. Publish after editing, then republish to send later changes. The plugin keeps your custom photo order. It can also use an existing gallery, such as one you created from a client's page in ShootCal.
Does Galleries connect to the ShootCal booking app?
Yes. The app and Galleries share your client list. You can find a client's bookings, contract status, and gallery from their record, and create an empty Link only gallery when you need one. Galleries are never created automatically.
What about sales tax on print orders?
ShootCal uses Stripe Tax to calculate sales tax automatically from the customer’s shipping address. You add the states where you are registered to collect in your own Stripe dashboard, and tax is applied at checkout for those states. You remain responsible for remitting tax where you have an obligation; ShootCal does not file returns for you.
Do I have to sell prints?
No. The print store is optional. You can use ShootCal Galleries purely to deliver photos and videos, collect photo favorites, or enable print ordering for any gallery when you are ready.
