ShootCal is built and maintained by a working photographer, and I read every message and genuinely want to know what would make it better.
I usually reply within a day or two. Letting me know your device or browser (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Windows, or web) and what you were doing helps me help you faster.
follow the Quick Start Guide for the complete workflow on one page. For deeper details, use Getting started with ShootCal, session types, and online booking.
search all current ShootCal and Galleries documentation, including contracts, questionnaires, invoices and payments, and privacy and security.
use the Galleries quick start, Lightroom plugin guide, and delivery guide.
the features tour walks through each part of ShootCal with screenshots.
see the Privacy Policy for exactly what ShootCal accesses and how it’s handled.
Send an email with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot. Feature requests are always welcome, and a lot of what’s in ShootCal started as a suggestion from another photographer.
To revoke ShootCal’s access to your Google account at any time, go to your Google Account security settings and remove access for ShootCal. To clear local data, sign out from within the app’s settings.
This goes straight to my inbox — same as emailing support@shootcal.com.
