Plans, storage, and billing

1 min read

ShootCal Galleries plans are based on stored image bytes, not a gallery-count limit. Billing is monthly through Stripe with no annual contract.

Current plans #

  • Free — $0: 50 GB during beta, planned to become 20 GB after beta. Includes unlisted galleries, download PINs, delivery, favorites, proofing, and the studio page.
  • Plus — $12/month: 100 GB and password-protected galleries.
  • Pro — $25/month: 1,000 GB, everything in Plus, and a custom gallery subdomain.

All paid plans have 0% ShootCal print commission. The Free plan’s future print store uses a 15% commission on product price only, not shipping or sales tax. Print ordering is still launching soon and remains unavailable until the production lab gates are complete.

What counts toward storage #

Storage measures the image files kept for your studio, including original and web copies when both exist. Generated cache files are managed separately. A replacement upload removes superseded files; deleting a gallery moves it to recoverable Trash before permanent cleanup.

Manage billing #

Open Billing to see usage and upgrade. Paid accounts can open Stripe’s billing portal to change plan, update the payment method, download invoices, or cancel. Plan changes can take a few seconds to appear after returning from Stripe.

If you reach the limit #

New uploads stop before exceeding the plan cap; existing galleries remain available. Remove unneeded work or upgrade, then retry the upload. Do not repeatedly republish a Lightroom collection while the storage warning is active.
